Hidden Greek Lamb recipe

All Natural Meat
  • Lamb shoulder chunks
  • Seasonal vegetables - as many as you want
  • Cup of red wine or port
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika, Cinnamon, and rosemary

Randomly place lamb shoulder chunks on base of baking tray and cover with seasonal vegetables .

Add 1 cup of red wine or port.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Season to taste.

Slow cook in BBQ or oven covered with foil at 150 degrees for 3 hours. Delicious served with chunky bread. Enjoy!
