Lee’s background is a wide and varied one.
“I grew up in a business family (where I had to work). Impressionable years were spent at school in Japan, (where I developed a love of food). Translated for Thomas Cook tours (where I developed a love of travel), employed by QANTAS (where I learnt what the word PATIENCE really means), married a farmer (learnt what the word WORK really meant) had children (learnt what the word patience really really meant!)”
Why the All Natural Meat Co.?
“Because I wanted to make a difference in the way people looked at and thought about food. And Peter wanted farmers to care about their environment and to respect nature. So our ideas worked well together, as do we!
